We were extremely impressed with Matthew from Love’s Plumbing and the level of service he provided. He recently replaced our old galvanised pipes with new copper piping, which, being an older home, presented quite a few unexpected challenges along the way.

What particularly impressed us was Matthew’s ability to problem solve and come up with practical solutions when things weren’t straightforward. Nothing seemed too difficult and he took the time to work through each issue properly rather than simply looking for the easiest option.

Matthew was hardworking, professional and, importantly, extremely honest in the way he dealt with us throughout the job. It’s refreshing to deal with a tradesman who clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to achieve the best result for his customers.

Had Matt from Love’s Plumbing & Gas out to do a big scope of work at our property in Carindale, and couldn’t be happier with the result. The job covered a lot of ground, new BBQ gas regulator and slab, full hot water system replacement (including upgraded 20mm copper pipework throughout for better flow and pressure), gas cooktop disconnection, lowering inspection points in the backyard, and replacing several damaged stormwater grates.

Matt was thorough, explained the scope clearly, and made sure everything was tested and compliant with Australian Standards before signing off — including compliance certs and council paperwork. Quality of work was excellent and everything’s been running perfectly since.

Love Plumbing replaced my Mum's old leaky taps. They even suggested 1/4 turn taps to make it easier for her - she's over 80 years young. Mum couldn't be happier and says they were such respectful boys ( everyone under a certain age is a boy to her 😄)

I recently had a new gas connection installed by Matt, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He is very experienced, easy to communicate with, and clearly knows what he's talking about.
